Lesage Open-Concept

The Lesage Open-Concept Project is a renovation initiative for a recently purchased home, with the objective of creating a warmer, more functional, and inviting living environment prior to the client’s move-in. The project includes transforming the ground floor into an open-concept layout to improve circulation, natural light, and connectivity between living spaces. In addition, the upstairs bathroom will undergo a full renovation to modernize the space and enhance both comfort and functionality. Construction will commence upon approval of the required permits and finalization of the proposed design plans.
